You must read and agree to these terms to commission me. If you do not read the terms you are still required to follow them; I will not be responsible for your failure to read them. Please read over these terms every time you commission in case there have been changes!

I WILL NOT SUPPORT ART THEFT, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT AI-GENERATED IMAGES AS REFERENCES OF ANY KIND. You can send me images as refs/inspo/mood only if they are created by another human. If you can prove your AI generated image was created using only your own work I will consider it, however this cannot be created using tech that uses data sets of stolen work (Stable Diffusion/Midjourney/Etc.)

Commissions under $150 must be paid in full before I begin.Commissions over $150, will require a 50% down payment which must be paid before I begin. The other 50% of the cost can be paid upon my completion.For large-scale projects, payment plans can be arranged.Commissions that have not been started can get a full refund.If you cancel your commission after work has been completed,  you will only be given a refund proportionate to the amount of work not completed. All art files will be given to the commissioner upon cancellation when relevant.I will not issue any refunds after the full work has been completed.Charge-backs of any type will result in a permanent ban from all future commissions.Abusive behavior to me will result in immediate cancellation of your commission.

Do not copy/trace/repost any of the work I produce under any circumstances without permission if you are not the commissioner.Do not remove my watermark/signature under any circumstances on any work I produce without permission.You have the right to use your commission in any way non-commercially.You may use the work commercially ONLY if we have come to a written agreement for commercial use and you have paid the proper fee for rights to the image, which can be anywhere from $1,500 to $10,000+ depending on desired usage.Only I and the commissioner (or current owner of the depicted subject(s) ) may use artwork produced for them. Even if you did not commission the artwork you are still required to follow these terms.Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee of $10,000 per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
